The BWT Bestmax Premium M is an advanced water optimisation system specifically engineered for the demanding requirements of the professional food service sector. Utilising the innovative Aroma PLUS formula, the system employs a multi-stage filtration process that removes chlorine, sediment, and organic impurities while buffering the pH value. A key technical advantage is the integration of BWT Magnesium Technology, which replaces calcium ions with Mg2+ minerals. This process not only prevents limescale build-up and protects commercial equipment but actively enhances the extraction of coffee, resulting in a more balanced flavour profile and a firmer, more consistent espresso crema.
