Eagle One was born in a response to the new generation of coffee shops, where design, performance and sustainability are the determining factors to create a pleasant and memorable experience.

Introducing the newly developed NEO engine, which using instant heating and unique insulation to decrease its energy consumption, while only heating the necessary amount of water for extraction. This new technology, combined with the patented TERS system (Temperature Energy Recovery System), which uses waste water to preheat incoming water, gives a 23% lower environmental impact compared to machines in the same category of the Life Cycle Assessment.

Design and innovation have fused together, resulting in an extremely compact machine which has a beautiful minimal aesthetic, is simple to use, and guarantees high performance and energy efficiency.

• The panels can be painted a custom RAL colour during assembly at the factory.
• Eagle One can be fitted with an easy steam wand on left or right or both. The wand is fitted at the factory during assembly. When ordering Easy Steam, please specify the barista’s left or right side in order notes. If you want Easy Steam wands on both sides, please contact us.
  
• Decorative wood or rock grey back panels are available when assembled at the factory. You can also have your own back panel manufactured.
• A Virtual Intelligent Scale
  VIS is a Victoria Arduino technology developed to digitally estimate the right dose in the cup through algorithmic calculation. VIS brings improved workflow and the certainty of a great extraction making Eagle One an even better performing and smart system.
• The NEO engine uses an instant heating system with a unique insulation mechanism, that reduces not only the heat dispersion but also energy consumption. It works almost instantly, allowing only the necessary amount of water for the extraction to be heated, thus reducing energy-related costs.
  Productivity and performance remain high, but consumption is considerably reduced. The LCA* (Life Cycle Assessment) demonstrated how the Eagle One had a 23% less environmental impact concerning the same category machine.
• T.E.R.S.
  the patented TERS system (Temperature Energy Recovery System) uses the waste water to pre-heat the incoming water, applying
  recycling and waste minimisation logic, with a saving of 8% on the total consumption of the machine.
• Easycream the technological solution to obtain, every time, the same milk cream, simply and quickly.
  Easycream technology has a double wand that creams the milk and stops automatically as soon as the pre-set levels of temperature and milk cream have been reached. This is an extremely useful solution for speeding up the preparation of milk-based drinks, without loss of quality (optional).
